Indian railways hold one of the largest networks in the world. But, in the last few years, it has garnered a bad name for its punctuality, cleanliness, and several other things. Now, according to reports a huge sum of taxpayers' money is being allotted to the department to make the network better but all is being wasted in maintaining basic issues of hygiene. Now, the question arises, Who is responsible for the poor state of Indian Railways? Is it the people or the government?.
