WhatsApp moves Delhi HC against India's new IT laws

The WhatsApp company has moved to Delhi High Court against one of the clauses of new Information Technology (IT) laws. As per new laws, WhatsApp will have to break encryption or privacy protection of its users. Now, WhatsApp is challenging this clause while quoting Right to Privacy of the Indian Constitution.
