We are very happy with the Court's order: Kangana's lawyer on row with BMC
In a major relief for Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut, the Bombay High Court on Friday quashed the BMC's demolition notice and subsequent action to undertake partial demolition at her Bandra bungalow in September, and ordered suitable compensation to her.
Along with this, the court also asked to appoint an assessor to assess the damage done to Kangana so that the amount of compensation can be determined.
