Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday addressed a rally at Brigade Parade Ground in Kolkata to woo the people of Bengal ahead of the state Assembly elections which are scheduled for later this month. During his speech, he attacked the Left party and said that the Bengalis have been cheated for years.
