UP Elections 2022: PM Narendra Modi Targets 'Parivarvadis' In Varanasi
Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday addressed a rally in his Lok Sabha constituency Varanasi ahead of the last phase of the Assembly elections in Uttar Pradesh. Hitting out at the Samajwadi Party, he said: "People of Uttar Pradesh don't want 'Parivaarwadis'. BJP will form govt in UP", news agency ANI reported. Targetting the Opposition, PM Modi said: "Blind opposition, continuous opposition, acute frustration, and negativity have become their political ideology. For the past 2 years, the free ration is being made available to over 80 crores poor, Dalits, backward, tribals."
