UP Elections 2022: BJP leaders UPSET after Swami Prasad Maurya's resignation
Four sitting BJP MLAs have resigned in a severe blow for the Bharatiya Janata Party ahead of the Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections in 2022. Bilhaur MLA Bhagwati Singh and Tilhar MLA Roshan Lal Verma have resigned from their offices just hours after Cabinet Minister Swami Prasad Maurya resigned. Brajesh Prajapati, the Banda MLA, has also resigned, according to ABP sources. These four MLAs and two others are likely to join Samajwadi Party (SP) ahead of UP Elections 2022.
