UP: Appointment Of 69000 Assistant Teachers Put On Hold | Ghanti Bajao
Allahabad High Court has ordered a stay on the appointment of 69,000 Assistant Teachers for the 2019-2020 session in Uttar Pradesh.
The Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board (UPBEB) was expected to begin the counseling of teachers from 3 June 2020. However, the counseling will not be conducted now after the court order. The 69,000 people were selected based on an exam conducted in January 2018 and are yet to be given an appointment letter. Watch this report.
