Ujjain SP explains how Vikas Dubey was first identified by local flower shop owner

Ujjain SP Manoj Kumar Singh held a press conference to explain about the arrest of Kanpur encounter culprit Vikas Dubey. He told how the flower shop owner outside Mahakal temple of Ujjain suspected him of being Dubey. He called the security guards and gave them information. After this, security guards tried to question him, to which he provided false info.
