In Uttarakhand, a natural disaster happened on Sunday when a glacier burst caused massive destruction in the power plants areas of Tapovan and Raini. The rescue operation is underway and many people have been saved but sadly some have lost their lives too. After all, why is Uttarakhand facing this recurrent disaster?
