Two Soldiers Martyred, Civilians Caught in Crossfire as Security Forces Corner Terrorists In Anantnag
An intense encounter between security forces and terrorists is ongoing in Kishtwar, Jammu Division, following a recent terrorist attack in Anantnag. Early this morning, gunfire erupted between the two sides in the Kishtwar district, with the army encircling the terrorists from all directions. Special forces, including para commandos, have been deployed for the operation. Tragically, two soldiers, identified as Havildar Deepak Kumar Yadav and Lance Naik Praveen Sharma, were martyred in the operation. Additionally, two civilians were injured, one of whom later succumbed to his injuries. The security forces have sealed off the entire area to prevent the terrorists from escaping.
