Notice to Twitter against Rahul Gandhi for posting picture with rape victim's family | Delhi Case | POCSO

National Commission for Protection of Child Rights has issued a notice against Twitter India demanding action against Rahul Gandhi for posting a picture with victim's family. As per the notice, Rahul Gandhi has violated guidelines of POCSO Act.

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Wednesday met the family members of 9-year-old victim who was raped and killed and demanded justice for them. The minor girl was allegedly raped, murdered, and cremated without her parents' consent in Old Nangal crematorium recently.
