Thousands of farmers gather in Lucknow as Kisan Mahapanchayat begins
The three Farm Laws, which led to the farmers protest in India, will be revoked during the winter session of the Parliament. Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced all about it during his speech on Gurpurab. But despite the announcement, farmers are continuing protest at various places. Today, a Mahapanchayat is taking place in Uttar Pradesh's Lucknow. The meeting will be attended by Rakesh Tikait.
Earlier, Sanyukt Kisan Morcha cleared the air and told that they were not ready to end the protest. The Morcha demanded the arrest of Ajay Mishra in the Lakhimpur Kheri case.
