Swati Maliwal Assault Case: Delhi Police's Huge Disclosure On Tampered CCTV, Watch Video | ABP News

Delhi Police has made a big revelation in the case of misbehavior with Aam Aadmi Party's Rajya Sabha MP Swati Maliwal. Police have said that the CCTV of the time of the incident is missing. The footage of the incident is showing blank in the CCTV seized by the police. Delhi Police has also told this to the court while taking the remand of Bibhav Kumar. Delhi Police suspects that the CCTV has been tampered with. An attempt has been made to destroy evidence in CM House. According to Delhi Police, they have not yet been given CCTV DVR from CM House. Delhi Police had also issued a notice for DVR. Investigation revealed that even a JE level officer does not have access to the CCTV and DVR installed in the CM House. The CCTV installed in CM House comes under the Public Works Department. Delhi Police found only one video in the pen drive through JE, which turned out to be blank during investigation.
