Swati Maliwal Assault Case: AAP MP Moves Delhi Court To Record Statement | ABP News

AAP Rajya Sabha MP Swati Maliwal has moved Delhi's Tis Hazari court to record a statement in the assault case.

Swati Maliwal reached Delhi's Tis Hazari Court around noon on Friday to record her statement on the assault by Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's PA Bibhav Kumar. Three days after Swati Maliwal was assaulted by Bibhav at the chief minister's residence, the MP filed a complaint on Thursday and broke her silence on the issue. “What happened to me was very bad. I have given my statement to the police on the incident that happened to me. I hope that appropriate action will be taken. The last few days have been very difficult for me. I thank those who prayed for me,” Maliwal wrote on X in her first reaction to the incident.
