Sirsa reiterates religious conversion in J&K claim, says 'victims were mum as they were afraid'

Manjinder Singh Sirsa was talking to ABP News LIVE when he said that religious conversion did take place in Jammu and Kashmir unlike a statement released by one of the victims. Sirsa added that the girl who has been saved from accused told him about the sad fact. He added that the victims remained mum because they were afraid
