SII enters into agreement with Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation over delivery of Corona vaccine | Raj Ki Baat
Serum Institute of India on Friday said it has entered into a new agreement with the International Vaccine Alliance Gavi and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. Under this, up to 100 million doses of Covid-19 vaccine will be manufactured and delivered to other low and low middle income countries (LMICs) along with India.
The company said that it has kept the maximum price affordable. It has been fixed at 3 US Dollars i.e. around 225 rupees per dose.
