SDM spotted laughing after choosing to remain mum on ABP news' questions

Hathras SDM Prakash Meena arrived at the spot where ABP News' reporters have been waiting since early morning. Prakash Meena was asked a series of questions by the reporters but he chose to remain silent. Soon after, he was seen leaving the area to attend a call but he did not utter a word on why ABP News' team was not allowed to enter the Hathras village.
