Sarkar Taiyar, Vipaksh Faraar: Manoj Tiwari on opposition disrupting parliamentary proceedings

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi along with opposition parties marched outside parliament on cycles.  They staged protests against the government for not listening to the issues which concern Indian citizens. Now, BJP leader Manoj Tiwari defend the ruling party and said 'sarkar taiyar,vipaksh faraar' . He further added that the opposition has nothing concrete to say in the houses that why they are using these tactics outside the parliament.
