Sanjay Jha Likely To Be JDU Executive President | ABP News
Nitish Kumar left for Delhi on Saturday to attend the JDU national executive meeting scheduled for 11 am tomorrow. Prior to the executive meeting, a meeting of national office bearers will be held at 10 am. Nitish Kumar has historically made significant decisions during these National Executive meetings. According to sources, it is believed that Sanjay Jha might be appointed as the acting national president of the party this time.
Sanjay Jha was also a contender for a ministerial post at the center, but caste equations, particularly the presence of Lalan Singh from the upper caste, prevented his appointment. Sanjay Jha has played a crucial role in separating Nitish Kumar from the India coalition in Bihar and aligning him with the NDA, facilitating the formation of the NDA government in Bihar with BJP's support.
Having been in the BJP previously, Sanjay Jha maintains good relations with BJP leaders and serves as a liaison between JDU and BJP. He is considered one of Nitish Kumar's key leaders within JDU.
