Sand turns black as oil spills at Juhu beach, BMC starts clean up drive

The sand on Mumbai's popular spot Juhu beach turned black due to an oil spill. People, who came for a walk and nearby residents took up the matter to BMC. However, it is still not clear how the oil spilt into the seawater. Meanwhile, a clean up drive has been initiated.
