Sambit Patra's toolkit tweet: Delhi Police sends notice to Twitter over 'manipulated media' tag

Bharatiya Janata Party leader Sambit Patra's tweet on toolkit was tagged as 'manipulated' by the Twitter company. Post that, FIR was registered against him and Raman Singh. Now, Delhi police have sent a notice to Twitter seeking the reason behind the tag. It has also been asked if they had any firm basis to support their claims.
