The conflict between Russia and Ukraine has been raging for several weeks now. Many Ukrainian cities have been destroyed as a result of Russia's onslaught. Simultaneously, Luhansk, like Donetsk, has announced the formation of a separate country from Ukraine. Although the Ukrainian army is no longer there, the city is on the verge of collapse. यूक्रेन से अलग हुए नए देश लुहांस्क में एबीपी न्यूज की टीम पहुंची और देखा कि वहां फिलहाल क्या चल रहा है. दरअसल रूस और यूक्रेन की जंग के बीच अर्बन-वॉरफेयर को काफी अहम माना जा रहा है. कहा जा सकता है कि शहरों के महत्वपूर्ण स्थानों पर कब्जे की जंग चल रही है. फिलहाल लुहांस्क के एक हाईडिल-प्लांट पर रूस समर्थित मिलेशिया का कब्जा हो चुका है. वहीं यूक्रेन की सेना ने इस प्लांट से बिजली काटकर पूरे लुहांस्क को डूबो अंधेरे में डुबो दिया था. भागने से पहले यूक्रेनी सेना ने जगह-जगह लैंड-माइंस लगा दिए थे.
