Rath Yatra of 107-year-old idol of Maa Annapurna to begin from Etah today

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister thanked Prime Minister Narendra Modi over helping to get 100-year-old idol of Maa Annapurna back to the state. He said, "100 years ago an idol of Maa Annapurna was stolen from Kashi. It ended up at a university in Canada."

Now the Centre has handed over the idol to the state government and the idol is bound to reach Kashi via Rathyatra. Today, the yatra will begin from Etah, where the Rath Yatra ended last evening.
