Rakesh Tikait's SARCASTIC attack against Prime Minister Narendra Modi?

Farmer leader Rakesh Tikait is in Mumbai these days. While talking to ABP News he said that there were variety of issues of the state of Maharashtra and all of them would be discussed in a meeting scheduled for Monday. On the other hand he said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi had advocated the idea of guarantee law on MSP when he was the Gujarat Chief Minister. "PM Modi has PHD on this," he added.
