Rajasthan Crisis: Proceeding in HC begins on disqualification notice to MLAs of Pilot camp

Hearing has begun in Rajasthan High Court over the petition filed by MLAs of Sachin Pilot camp against the disqualification notice issued by Speaker of the Rajasthan Assembly. The Speaker has asked the MLAs to justify why they were absent from metting when a whip was issued while the MLAs claim that a whip can apply only when Assembly is in session. The issue is being heard in Jaipur bench of the Rajasthan High Court.
