Rahul Gandhi lays out four demands for Modi government

Rahul Gandhi spoke during the Speak Up India campaign of the Congress party. During his speech he laid forth four demands. He said, "Send migrants to their homes free of cost and safely. Give the needy money directly in their accounts. Give employment for 200 days under MNREGA scheme."
