Rahul Gandhi evades question on rising COVID-19 cases in Maharashtra

Rahul Gandhi was speaking to media via online video chatting. He said that lockdown failed tremendously as India was the only country which faced rising cases of Coronavirus and lockdown was being relaxed. Talking about rising cases of Coronavirus in Maharashtra Rahul said, "We are in the government in Maharashtra but we are not key decision makers in the state. So there is a difference between running a government and supporting a government"
