R-Day Ruckus: Lakha Singh Sidhana's new video surfaces, seen provoking people

On 26th January, the farmers' tractor rally turned violent. Delhi police have arrested Deep Sidhu who is one of the main accused who incited violence on that day. Lakha Singh Sidhana is another accused who is constantly challenging Delhi police and releasing videos where he seems to provoke people for another violent protest.
