Punjab mandis to be shut till Sat as Arhtiyas protest against I-T raids

Income Tax raids are being conducted against the Arhtiyas of Punjab and now the Arhtiyas have responded to them. They have declared that the mandis of Punjab would remain shut till Saturday as a sign of protest against the raids.

The Income Tax department has been investigating those who have been helping the farmers monetarily in their agitation.
