PM Modi is replying to the discussion on the motion of thanks on the President's address in the Rajya Sabha today.  A day earlier he had replied to the discussion on the motion of thanks in the Lok Sabha. Prime Minister Narendra Modi said in the Rajya Sabha, 'Getting a chance for the third time is historic. MPs have enhanced the dignity of the House. Prime Minister Narendra Modi said, "In the last two-and-a-half days, about 70 MPs participated in this discussion. I express my gratitude to all of you for the contribution you have made in interpreting the President's address."
