PM Modi has given a pat on his own back: Saugata Roy on PM's 100 crore vaccination speech

Senior leader and MP Saugata Roy had an exclusive conversation with ABP News over Prime Minister Narendra Modi's 100 Crore Vaccination speech. Saugata said that the speech was like a pat on PM's own back. He added, "India should have achieved the target of 100 crore vaccination six months ago".
