PM Modi at Governor's conference on NEP: This is country's policy & not of govt

Prime Minister Narendra Modi today addressed the inaugural session of the Conference of Governors on National Education Policy with President Ram Nath Kovind. Prime Minister Modi said that this education policy is not the education policy of the government. 

This is the education policy of the country. With this, he said that just as foreign policy is the policy of the country, Defence policy is the policy of the country, similarly education policy is also the policy of the country.
