People migrate as Muzaffarpur houses submerge in flood water

Consistent rain is causing havoc in Bihar's Muzaffarpur area. People are bound to leave their houses as they have been submerged in water. Few lucky people got hold of boats and hence they were able to leave their residence easily but many others were forced to travel on foot and cross the violent flow of the flood
