Patna college bans burqa in campus, imposes fine

JD Women's college of Patna has prohibited its students from wearing burqa in the campus. A fine of Rs 250 will be imposed on those who wear burqa. The college administration has said that a dress code has been decided which has to be followed everyday apart from Saturday. 

The college has already prohibited students from carrying mobile phone in campus. Many students have opposed the ban and demanded that the ban be rolled back.
