No new trains to run on Sunday, those on run won't be stopped
Indian railways has revealed in a statement that all passenger trains originating between midnight of March 21/22 to 2200 hours of March 22 shall not run. However, the passenger train services already on run at 0700 hours on the day will be allowed to run to the destinations.
Meanwhile, IRCTC has said that on-board catering services in mail or express trains to be closed until further advice. Food plazas, refreshment rooms, Jan aahars, & cell kitchens will also be closed. These moves are being seen as a push to PM Modi's Janta Curfew appeal.
