NBA condemns ABP Majha reporter's arrest

ABP Majha reporter Rahul Kulkarni, who was arrested in the case pertaining to gathering of migrant workers at Mumbai's Bandra railway station, was granted bail by a Mumbai court on Thursday. Now, NBA wrote to Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddav Thackeray seeking withdrawal of charges on Kulkarni. "NBA condemns the said act of unreasonable arrest. The arrest is a serious infringement on the right of freedom of speech and is a  frontal assault on the free Press." NBA President's letter to Maharashtra CM read.
