N95 masks with respiratory valves may be a carrier of COVID-19

The central government has written a letter to all states and union territories warning people to wear N-95 masks fitted with a perforated respirator. The letter states that this does not stop the corona virus from spreading and is "contrary" to the steps taken against the Covid-19 pandemic.
