Monsoon In India: Rain Continues To Lash Parts Of Delhi, UP - Villages Submerged | ABP News

The monsoon continues to wreak havoc across the country, causing heavy rains that have led to a surge in river water levels and resulted in flooding. This has disrupted normal life in many states. Rescue teams are working tirelessly to conduct relief and rescue operations, evacuating those trapped in the floods to safer locations. Amidst this chaos, there is some positive news from Gonda in Uttar Pradesh. Although the water level of the Ghaghra River in Gonda has risen above the danger mark due to heavy rains, it is now gradually receding. Approximately 1,000 people from 15 villages in Tarabganj and Colonelganj tehsils have been affected by the floods. To aid in the relief efforts, 55 boats have been deployed for transportation, and ration kits have been distributed to those affected.
