Modi govt to SC: Farm laws discussed for almost 20 years

In yesterday's proceedings the Supreme court had questioned the centre about the farm laws by asking them whether it was discussed with the stakeholders.

Reverting to the question, the centre has explained that the farm laws was discussed for almost 20 years. Before forming the law, the stakeholders were taken into confidence.
