Meet Ragini Tiwari, accused of giving hate speeches in Delhi

Ragini Tiwari aka 'Janki behen' is one of the accused who made controversial and spiteful speeches before riots broke out on the streets of Delhi. On 23 February, before violent clashes between two communities began, Ragini could be seen at Jaffrabad metro station, making hateful comments and asking police to lathicharge the Muslim women sitting in protest against CAA.
