Manu Bhaker, India’s double bronze medallist from the Paris 2024 Olympics, arrived in Delhi on August 7. Bhaker, the only Indian to win multiple medals in a single Olympic Games, was greeted by her parents, relatives, and childhood coach, all eager to celebrate her achievements. At the Paris Games, Bhaker secured bronze in both the Women's 10m Air Pistol event and the 10m Air Pistol Mixed Team event with partner Sarabjot Singh. Although she narrowly missed a podium finish in the Women’s 25m Air Pistol final, placing fourth, her performance was celebrated as a remarkable achievement for India.
