Manish Sisodia Bail: After being released from jail, Sisodia will first meet his wife at Kejriwal's house

Following the Supreme Court's decision to grant bail to senior Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Manish Sisodia on Friday in the Delhi Liquor Policy case, the AAP has issued an official statement. The party stated that after spending 17 months behind bars in Tihar Jail, Sisodia has been granted bail by the Supreme Court. Sisodia is recognized nationwide as a pioneer of the education revolution in Delhi.

AAP leader and minister Gopal Rai commented that this decision sends a clear message that there are limits to authoritarianism. He emphasized that 17 months ago, Sisodia had significantly improved the results of Delhi's government schools compared to private ones. Despite this, he was falsely accused and jailed. AAP leaders alleged that the BJP's real aim is not to investigate the Delhi Liquor Policy case but to imprison AAP leaders.
