Maharashtra: Farmers in distress but Dy CM Ajit Pawar rides car with Aamir Khan

Farmers are in distress in Maharashtra but Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar is busy riding car with actor Aamir Khan. The leaders and the actor were attending the inaugural ceremony of the annual Krushik (Farmers') Exhibition 2020.

Addressing the audience, Aamir Khan said, "The work done by the Pawar family through their Agricultural Development Trust is huge. I wanted to visit this place for the past two to three years. The achievements in farming in Baramati is immense. I would have to stay here for a couple of days to understand this place."

While, Ajit Pawar wrote on Twitter, "Exchanged ideas on using modern agricultural techniques for farming at the Agri Expo "Krushik 2020". This event was inaugurated by CM @OfficeofUT ji in the presence of @PawarSpeaks, @supriya_sule & @aamir_khan."
