Lucknow poster issue: Is it fair to address 'accused' as 'guilty'? | Heated Debate (08.03.2020)

Allahabad High Court has pulled up Uttar Pradesh government over putting up name and shame posters in Lucknow. The HC asked the administration to do away with the posters by 3 pm on Sunday afternoon but in vain. Now the court has reserved its judgment till tomorrow.
At 2 pm on Monday, the judgment will be announced by the court.
But was it fair on the part of UP administration to address the accused as guilty?
