On the fifth polling day in Bihar, there was a firing between two groups in Chapra, Bihar, on Tuesday morning (May 21) due to election rivalry. Reportedly, a clash broke out between BJP and RJD workers yesterday. Several people were injured in the incident. Heavy police deployment has been made in the region to control the situation.
One person has died in this incident, while two others have been injured. One injured person has been referred to Patna for treatment, and another person is out of danger. The incident took place at Bhikhari Thakur Chowk in the city police station area of Chhapra.
There is talk of a dispute between BJP and RJD supporters. Saran DM Aman Sameer has confirmed the death. Many rounds were fired. In fact, during the elections in Saran last Monday (May 20), tension had increased during voting at booth number 118. After this, the uproar occurred.
