Long queues of vehicles witnessed at NH-24 before 7 am

As per the rules of Lockdown 4.0, vehicles, civilians cannot head out of their homes from 7 pm till 7 am. But flouting the guideline, long queues of vehicles were witnessed at National Highway 24 before 7 am.
Autos, Ola cabs, Uber taxis were in the queue as well.

Such an attitude would surely lead to a rapid increase in number of Coronavirus cases
