LeT terrorist involved in civilian killing gunned down in encounter in Pulwama

An encounter has broken out between security forces and terrorists in Pulwama district. LeT commander Umar Mustaq Khandey is reportedly trapped in the encounter. He was involved in the killing of two civilians in the Jammu &Kashmir. According to reports, one AK-47 rifle, along with ammunition, was recovered from the site of the encounter.
