Lack of coordination among states led to traffic jam on Western Highway: Nitin Raut

Maharashtra Energy Minister Nitin Raut was LIVE on ABP News and he talked about the ongoing lockdown 4.0 and its guidelines. He also talked about the reason behind rapid rise in the cases of Coronavirus. He said that the densely populated areas led to the steep rise in COVID-19. Migrants are being helped in every possible way.
