Know about Afghanistan's acting defense minister Mullah Abdul Qayyum Zakir

Afghanistan's Taliban has appointed former Guantanamo detainee mullah Abdul Qayyum Zakir as acting defense minister of Afghanistan. Zakir was born in 1973 in Soply, in the Kajaki district of Helmand province. He is an ethnic Pashtun and member of the Alizai tribe. Watch the video to know more about the story.
