Key meet over Covid vaccine drive at Home Ministry today

The union ministers will hold a meeting under the chairmanship of Amit Shah today at the home ministry over Covid vaccine. 

The registration for the third phase of the vaccination drive for citizens above 18 years of age, which begins on May 1, will start on Wednesday at 4 p.m. Those eligible can book their slots on Co-Win portal or the Aarogya Setu app.

People should not delay taking Covid-19 vaccine as this will give virus an opportunity to develop new variants and some of them may reduce the efficacy of current vaccines, say healthcare experts.
